Refund eligibility depends on whether service delivery has started and the scope agreed during confirmation.
If delivery has not started, a refund may be approved. If delivery has started or work is partially/fully delivered, refunds may be limited or not applicable.
Subscriptions can be cancelled according to the subscription terms. Cancellation applies to future billing periods; prior billing periods may not be refundable once service access has been provided.
